Email Management:

  • Our emails can become overcrowded with junk or irrelevant emails. Depending on how busy you are, it is important that clients and projects are organised into folders. 

  • Alerts on emails for reminders.

  • Colour coding I believe is essential in busy inboxes.​

Diary Management:

​

  • Blocking out time in diaries for meetings, lunches, events etc

  • colour coding priority of meetings.

  • Blocking out travel time

  • Any repeat meetings, subscriptions are all noted in calendar

  • Ensuring time for preparation of meeting is considered.

Clients:

​

  • Responding to emails/messages on behalf of client, via various platforms- instagram, X, Linkdin, outlook, gmail, Teams etc.​

  • Updating Client Relationship Management (CRM)- updating the system to ensure compliance

Microsoft Office Suite:

​​

  • Intermediate with Microsoft Suite. I have a brilliant understanding of Microsoft apart from one element, which is One Note- which if needed, i can be upskilled.​

  • Can capture and gather information and formulas within excel.

  • More than capable of c reating presentations within powerpoint.

  • Touch type.

HR Services:

​​

  • Contributing in creating HR Forms or Filing HR.​

  • Keeping track of HR procedures. i.e - Absence related, recruitment.

  • Ensuring any checks are completed- DBS, valid identification and verification documents.

Invoices:

​​

  • Creating invoices

  • Chasing late payments

  • Keeping track of expenses, receipts.

Data Entry:

​​

  • For any forms to be created or filled in.​

  • Any information that's needs to be input into a particular computer system, to be managed and updated.

Event Planning:

​

  • Finding and booking venues for clients at any level.

  • Ensure dietary requirement are collated and fulfiiled.

  • Minimising stress for our clients.
